1. Independent Online Travel Agency & Non-Carrier Status

Your Flights LLC operates as an Independent Online Travel Agency and search facilitator under Merchant Category Code MCC 4722 (Travel Agencies and Tour Operators). We are not a direct air carrier and do not own or operate aircraft. We do not issue airline seats directly from internal inventory. Our portal aggregates flight schedule information and market fare estimations from Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and wholesale travel consolidators. All air transportation services reserved through our desk are operated exclusively by third-party commercial airlines ("Operating Carriers").

2. Reservation Inquiries & Manual Fulfillment Workflow

Submitting a flight selection on our website does not constitute an instant ticket purchase or guaranteed seat reservation. When a flight itinerary request is submitted, our booking team manually cross-verifies real-time carrier availability, seat allocation, cabin rules, and current wholesale pricing.

Once seat availability and fare locks are confirmed by the operating carrier, we dispatch a secure, PCI-compliant Stripe billing link to the email address provided during submission. Ticket issuance occurs only after full payment authorization is received via Stripe. All reservation requests take up to 24 hours to process manually.

3. Airfares, Taxes, Fees & Market Volatility

All prices quoted on our portal are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable government taxes, airport passenger facility charges, and mandatory security surcharges, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Airfares are dynamic and subject to real-time change by operating airlines until payment is successfully processed and a Passenger Name Record (PNR) e-ticket is formally generated. In the event of an airline-initiated fare adjustment prior to payment authorization, we will notify you immediately, and no charge will occur without your explicit consent.

4. Passenger Name Accuracy & Travel Documentation

Passengers are strictly responsible for providing full legal names exactly as they appear on government-issued photo identification or valid passports. Airline regulations strictly prohibit name changes or ticket transfers once a booking reference is created. Customers are solely responsible for obtaining required travel documentation, including valid passports (with at least 6 months validity from return date), entry visas, transit visas, health certifications, and vaccination records required by destination or transit countries.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to use our portal for fraudulent reservation inquiries, unauthorized card transactions, automated data scraping, speculative or false bookings, or chargeback abuse. We reserve the right to decline processing any request that fails internal risk verification or fraud screening protocols.

6. Strict Prohibition Against Live Payment Testing (Stripe SSA Compliance)

In compliance with the Stripe Service Agreement (SSA) and card network operating rules, customers, administrators, and developers are strictly prohibited from conducting test transactions on live payment accounts using real credit or debit cards. Testing live payments on production payment links violates payment gateway terms and can result in immediate account restriction, terminal suspension, or account closure. All integration verification, system testing, or sandbox checks MUST strictly be performed using Stripe Test Mode with synthetic test credentials.

7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to our services shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
